We understand that receiving your order in a timely and efficient manner is important to you, which is why we aim to ship all orders on the same day if they are ordered before 18:00. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with a track and trace number so you can keep an eye on its progress.

 

Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a clear and hassle-free returns process.

• Eligibility: Unused perfume bottles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To qualify, the items must be in their original condition, including all tags and labels.
• Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Process: To start the return process, please contact us via email at info@ysalaam.com or WhatsApp at +31684454511. We’ll guide you through the necessary steps.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Any original shipping fees you paid will also be refunded, minus the return shipping cost.

Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. To ensure quality, perfumes should be stored and returned in a cool, dry, and dark place.
